Every Sweat Lab class is designed to challenge, strengthen, and support your body through intentional movement, infrared heat, and recovery-focused training. Our instructors bring energy, expertise, and motivation into every room.

A NOTE FROM DARBY

After two decades in the fitness industry, one thing has always remained at the center of everything we do: creating a community where people feel stronger, supported, and empowered both inside and outside the studio. The confidence we build together has a lasting effect. We want to see you glow and live your best life!

What started with Fusion Fitness has continued to grow and evolve into Sweat Lab, a space intentionally designed to combine movement, strength, recovery, and connection in a more elevated way. Our science based methodology has been a proven success for over 18 years. We use the progressive overload method to build strength with weight, reps, and tension. Class formats incorporate intentional cardio intervals for heart health, mental clarity, and improving HVR.

Every class is aimed at making you feel joyful from your head to your toes. We move our bodies to improve our brain health. Contracting muscles releases hormones that work as an antidepressant its called the “HOPE MOLECULE” . This explains the feeling of extreme happiness you experience after a class.

Our spaces are specifically designed to welcome you into a calming environment and encourage you to keep your energy present and be in the moment. Our mission has always been to deliver purposeful workouts that challenge you, support your body and spirit, and foster a community people truly love being part of.
