A NOTE FROM DARBY

After more than two decades in the fitness industry, one thing has always remained at the center of everything we do: creating a community where people feel stronger, supported, and empowered both inside and outside the studio.

What started with Fusion Fitness has continued to grow and evolve into Sweat Lab, a space intentionally designed to combine movement, strength, recovery, and connection in a more elevated way. Our mission has always been to deliver purposeful workouts that challenge you, support your body and spirit, and foster a community people truly love being part of.
