Favorite class to teach and why?
I love mixing all of our class formats throughout my week but my favorite is probably Strength and Sweat because it is primarily slow, intentional, focused, challenging strength work and just a little hiit cardio to really energize our minds and bodies.
Favorite muscle group to train?
Definitely an early bird workout — I’ve always been a morning person! Starting my day with movement gives me the energy, clarity, and motivation I need to take into everything else I do throughout the day.
If you weren’t teaching fitness, what would you be doing?
Outside of SweatLab, I facilitate courses and lead practice groups in resiliency-focused training, quieting, trauma healing workshops, gratitude training, relationships skills, interactive prayer, and joy building.
Go-to healthy meal?
Salmon, asparagus and salad topped with lots of avocado.
