What’s your why behind teaching?
I’ve been coming to the studio for over a decade and it has continued to be my happy place. Teaching felt like a natural way for me to continue building on my love and passion for fitness while being able to share this back with our amazing clients.
Favorite workout finisher?
Playing tennis and staying active outside of the studio.
Favorite way to spend a rest day?
Breath work, mobility, and a calming reset to reconnect the mind and body.
