Early bird or evening classes?
Definitely an early bird workout — I’ve always been a morning person! Starting my day with movement gives me the energy, clarity, and motivation I need to take into everything else I do throughout the day.
What’s 1 thing you always say in class?
I always remind clients that it’s not about perfection — it’s about being present and giving what you can that day. Some days your best looks different, and that’s okay. Strength is built by continuing to show up, one push at a time.
What motivates you outside of fitness?
My family is my biggest motivation. They inspire me to keep becoming the best version of myself and remind me how important it is to show up fully for the people I love.
