STRENGTH

Muscle-Building. No Jumping. All Power.

Strength is a 50-minute, full-body resistance training class designed to build lean muscle and lasting strength, without high-impact movement. Using weights up to 25 lbs, you’ll push your muscles to fatigue with controlled, intentional reps that spark serious change in a infrared heated room at 90 degrees. This low-impact, high-intensity format is designed to keep your body burning calories for up to 48 hours after class. Expect energizing, grounded movement with zero jumping - just pure strength work that leaves you feeling powerful, centered, and strong from the inside out.

SCULPT

Build Strength. Boost Metabolism. Transform Your Body.

Sculpt is Sweat Lab’s signature muscle-building, metabolism-boosting strength class designed to challenge your entire body. Each session is intentionally structured to fire up your muscle groups with precise, mind-muscle connection movements, then push them with medium to heavy resistance, up to 15 lbs - to stimulate lean muscle development and metabolic power. Expect strategic cardio bursts to elevate your heart rate, sharpen mental focus, and accelerate fat loss, all while training in a heated room (up to 90°F) to enhance muscle performance and detoxification.

SWEAT LAB

Sweat Lab is our signature creation, a powerful, beat-based fusion rooted in Pilates principles and elevated with high-rep, low-weight resistance training. Designed to awaken your body and your mind, this class uses intentional muscle isolation and full-body movement to challenge you from the inside out. Expect a deep focus on core strength, total-body engagement, and controlled burn-out sets that create long, lean muscle and lasting endurance. This is where intensity meets precision - and where real transformation begins. This class is in an infrared heated room to 90 degree.

SUPER SCULPT

Super Sculpt is Sweat Lab’s signature muscle-building, metabolism-boosting cardio & strength class designed to challenge your entire body. Each session is intentionally structured to fire up your muscle groups with precise, mind-muscle connection movements, then push them with medium resistance—up to 12 lbs—to stimulate lean muscle development and metabolic power.

This class is all about balance and brings all the fire.  Expect half low impact cardio, half toning and strength to elevate your heart rate, sharpen mental focus, build muscle and accelerate fat loss.

STRENGTH + SWEAT

Muscle Meets Momentum.

Strength + Sweat is the perfect fusion of resistance training and cardio designed to build lean muscle, boost your metabolism, and elevate your mind. With 80% strength training and 20% intentional cardio bursts, this class delivers the best of both worlds - helping you burn fat, gain strength, and leave feeling clear, powerful, and energized. You’ll lift weights up to 25 lbs in targeted, form-focused sets that push your muscles toward growth and definition. Strategic cardio intervals are sprinkled throughout to spike your heart rate, accelerate fat loss, and improve cardiovascular endurance, without compromising your strength gains.

YOGA FLOW

Flow Strong. Sweat Deep.

Yoga flow is a high energy class that blends yoga flow with strength - building moves to challenge your body and elevate your confidence. Set to motivating music, you'll move through an athletic sequence using body weight exercises designed to sculpt and tone. The heat helps deepen your stretch, boost circulation, and ignite your sweat from within. You'll leave feeling strong, empowered and grounded - both in body and mind.

FAQ’s

  • No, not all classes are heated. Be sure to check the schedule before booking, as heated classes will have a 🔥 next to them so you know what to expect before class.

  • It is highly recommended that you sign up for studio as well as childcare ahead of time by registering online. Walk-ins are welcome, but only if the class is not already full.

  • We have plenty of space to change clothes before and after class but we do not have showers. We have cubbies for your personal belongings.

  • Yes - all no shows and late cancels are subject to being charged $10. Our policy is: all classes must be cancelled at least 2 hours in advance. All 5a, 5:30a, 6a, classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours in advance.

    Sauna reservations have a 2 hour cancellation policy. Thanks for understanding as we want everyone who possibly can get a workout in with us to have a chance to do so!

  • Welcome! Before your first class, create an account online and make a class reservation to ensure you have a spot in class and also childcare if you are bringing your kiddos. We always take walk-ins if there is room, but some of our classes and childcares do fill up.

    You'll want to bring a towel, yoga mat and water bottle to every class - if you forget your mat we do have them to rent for $2 and also have towels and water bottles for sale.


    Please arrive at least 10 minutes early so we can get to know you, introduce you to your instructor and help you set up your spot. Just stop at the front desk when you get to the studio so we can check you into class and get you ready to go. We look forward to sweating with you!

  • You will get an email when you’re added to the class – our waitlists move fast so you have an excellent chance of getting in. When you receive the email, you have a spot in class – no need to confirm. Please make sure to cancel your wait list reservation if you’re no longer able to attend class – we work hard at trying to get everyone in!

    Our waitlist cancellation policy is: if you are added from the waitlist 2 or more hours in advance (or before 10p the night before for 5a, 5:30a, and 6a classes) – you are responsible for your spot as a normal reservation and subject to the late cancel/no show fee. If you are added after these times you will not be charged a fee.

  • Comfortable activewear is always best! You’ll see everything from leggings and crop tops to matching sets, wear what makes you feel confident and comfortable!

    Most classes require shoes, except for Sweat Lab, which is shoe-free.

    Forgot something or want to upgrade your look? We’ve got retail available in the lobby too!

  • You’ll need a yoga mat for all classes. Don’t have one? No problem we have mats available to rent for $2 or purchase.

    Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. We have water fountains at the studio and electrolytes available to purchase.

    You’re also welcome to bring a sweat towel or ankle weights, but if you forget, no worries. We’ve got you covered.

  • Our signature classes take place in a dark room heated by infrared heat, designed to warm your body from the inside out. Set to badass music, you’ll move through sweat-dripping, muscle-popping workouts that leave you feeling strong, confident, and accomplished.

    Every class offers modifications for all movements, so you can meet yourself where you are while still getting an incredible workout.

  • We are happy to offer childcare for most day classes and some evenings - be sure to check the schedule to make sure it is available (and make a reservation) before you come. We are allow 14 kiddos per session so sometimes it does fill up. Like classes, walk-ins are allowed as long as we have the room!
