What’s your role at Sweat Lab?
I’m the Director of Brand + Marketing for Sweat Lab! It’s such a fun creative outlet for me. I love getting to tell the story behind the studio and create content that captures the energy of the community. The girls here are the best, and filming/creating with them honestly feels like a dream job.
Favorite class to take?
STRENGTH! I never thought I’d become a heavy weights girl, but I love how strong and empowered I feel after class.
Favorite song on your playlist?
The community, hands down. I’ve been coming here since high school, and now I’m in my 30s with two kids. Sweat Lab has been such a constant through every season of my life - they’ve celebrated so many milestones with me and always make me feel supported and encouraged. Plus, some of my best friends came from this studio.
Favorite thing about the Sweat Lab community?
Anything 2000s hip hop 😂 Give me all the T-Pain.
