Go-to class to teach and why?
Strength + Sweat or Strength. Obsessed with both. Love all the resistance training ad bouts of cardio in Strength + Sweat, but also love just the strength only format. I feel like I can accomplish so much!
Favorite muscle group to train?
Glutes & back. That posterior chain needs to be strong!!!
Coffee Order?
Hot (always!) almond milk latte with sugar free flavoring. Don’t care if it’s considered “bad”. It brings me so much joy every single day and that’s all that matters. From 7Brew of course!
